“Had brakes and MOT done, went to get two new tyres the weekend and whoever took the tyres off at eurofit has smashed the wheel locking nut now I can't get tyres replaced! Was told by eurofit to come down they will loosen the nuts and how am I supposed to then drive to get tryes done and them to be able to put nuts back in?? Eurofit need to replace my wheel locking nut as nobody has used it since they did”

“The staff are always very kind & complimentary of my vehicle. Very respectful & honest staff. I was told that my vehicle didn’t need a full service in the end but the technicians still went ahead & completed it. I wished they had called me & asked me what REALLY needed doing & then completed the work.”

I apologise for the misunderstanding. Tyre prices do fluctuate an a regular basis, in your particular case you had 2 tyres at a cost of £91.80 the stock was not available at the time so the supplier sent you 2 alternatives which we replaced as Tracmac. they were replaced and you was charged for each tyre £45.54. however when you went online the price changed to £40.20 each tyre. We apologise for this occurrence unfortunately online prices are subject to change. however as good will gesture we are willing to reimburse you of the £5.34. customerservices@eurofitautocentres.co.uk Rowland Rowley Customer Services

“Car in for MOT but had a terrible smell on seats and matts when I got it back. Had to get the vehicle valeted to remove the stink which was still present a week later!”

“Let down by another dealer.. pulled into eurofit by chance had the 4 tyres I needed asked to come back at 3pm all fitted and away by 3-45 excellent service by sales and fitter”

“My appointment was 10.30 am, however, my car stayed till about 11.35 before some one was free to look at it. I was booked for a free health check but all what was tested was the clutch after a short test drive, which I knew it needed changing anyway. The ramp was occupied by a mini-cooper waiting for parts so they couldn't do the health check. I was quoted 395£ to do the clutch the next day, however I preferred to take the car to another garage who did the clutch the same day for 315£. So all in all, I have wasted my morning with no benefit. They provide free WiFi that is useful while waiting.”

“Thought I would give eurofit on the Stafford road one last chance as I've been told there has been a change around in staff. And the last manager was very rude. I am delighted to say that my experience this time was wonderfull the young chap who was in charge at the time Josh went above and beyond helping me find the right tyres for my vehicle and needs. As for the two young boys fitting the tyres they was excellent worked very fast to get my vehicle out quickly”
