“Very poor after care service. While returning my car for a repair that should have been picked up, waiting in reception a customer came back with a car he had returned repair twice before. 😔 Very uncomfortable conversation with a room full of customers. Another customer, who had booked an appointment, had to wait, had to leave, as she had to pick children (another disappointed customer). Having waited for some time, for a sensor light to be turned of.... as soon as I left the garage the light came back on. Another very disappointed customer. Had to return to the garage. Won’t use this company again.”

“Had new rear brake pads and discs fitted at eurofit Stafford today, cannot fault the service,rang on the day booked in for the next day at9.30am they rang me back within 20 minute's told me the problem's gave me a firm quote with I was more than happy with ,told them to proceed with the work they said it should be ready for lunchtime and sure enough it was ready,they rang me and said the car was ready and I could pick it up when it suited me ,I would highly recommend eurofit Stafford”
