“Wrong tyres were ordered. Told I would have to come back the following day. Still waiting for the follow up phone call to confirm that the correct tyres are now in stock.”

“Took my Mercedes C220 for a B service in Sept 2015. Reg 61 plate. Sorry I've left it till now to write a review but thought it was worth reviewing. Brian at reception spoke to me about my car and I advised which service it required. He said he would print out the Mercedes Service schedule which he did in front of me. He advised me they would follow this schedule. The car also required an MOT. I booked my car in and took it over in the date agreed. The service and MOT were carried out and have to say I was impressed not only with the service but also the price. I would have no problem returning to the garage again.”

“All went well but I asked for morning and got midday which is OK but was thinking of 8am! Are time slots possible? Also used a £10 web voucher but the total still shows £79 and I think it should be £69. Queried it by email but automatic response showing...£79!! So still unsure. Ruth Brooker”

“Called the Gorsebrook Rd branch on Monday 23rd Nov to try & book my car in for the next day for a water belt & cambelt replacement.. no problem... Called at 1:30 informed works completed.. Receptionist very, very friendly & polite both on the phone & in person... all round top class service”

“Very pleased with the service we received. All the staff were very pleasant. We had requested a pm appointment when booking on-line but were actually booked in for 11am. Wasn't that much of a problem for us and they were very busy so maybe that the reason. Would definitely use them again.”

“Ordered 2 Continental tyres for the wife's Mini on the evening of 10/11/15, in stock and fitted at the Cannock branch AM on 12/11/15. Reasonable prices and excellent quick service as usual.”

“Cannot recommend these guys highly enough, used them twice now for tyres, full set on my BMW and now my daughters Nissan Micra. I shop around and they gave me the best price and comes with great service. They even came in early for me, tyres on the Jaguar next and I know where I will be going. Team at Oxly branch many thanks Phil”

“Took the car in twice to Oxley Branch this week, once to get a tyre sorted that was leaking around the rim, and then again today to have front brake pads changed. Really friendly staff, great service, happy to explain everything they were doing and a great price. highly recommend.”
