“Ordered a 50th rose gold nomination charm to be delivered in time for my wife’s birthday. Received a plain one, got in touch with them and they replied after my wife’s birthday but wanted me to send the wrong order back like it was my fault”

“Arrived in time for christmas present for my soon to be 11 year old. Its a perfect watch for him. He wanted smart watch but in his schools smart watches are not allowed so wasnt sure which watch to buy. But once he started wearing this he never tales it off and loves wearing it all the time. Looks very smart and comfprtable on him.”

“At the busy Christmas time, Eternity were fantastic in every respect. They quickly refunded when I “bought” something not in stock. They answered queries by phone. And the in stock earrings arrived super fast and are exactly as described/shown. Great product. Definitely recommend and huge thanks Eternity. Tops all round.”

“Fantastic service. I ordered a charm for a nomination bracelet. They called to say they did not have the actual charm I had ordered but offered a number of alternatives. It arrived within a couple of days and it was beautiful. So pleased.”

“Was a lovely necklace just a bit to thin so had to return and down to guidance of royal mail who had some how give me wrong info . GREG who phoned me personally to explain exactly what was going on and submitted my refund straight away I'm sorry about my last review thanks so much for your help hopefully order something again soon”
