“I order my gift for a friend’s birthday on the 28th July and didn’t receive it! After two weeks waiting, due to Royal Mail rules, it still never arrived. This was no fault of the jeweller all down to Royal Mail! Eternity then let me reorder and also gave me a free charm. Great service even though I had quite a wait!”

“The clasp that is on the ear ring is so flimsy not good at all the ear ring with the cross on it’s really nice but the clasp keeps coming out off the ear ring he nearly lost it and we have only had it 2 weeks not good at all”
