“Great service but the extra charge for the gift packaging is too expensive for what you actually receive. Plus nomination should come with nomination packaging.”

Hi Zoe We have checked with Royal Mail and your order was dispatched 16th June. The tracking code is OK634475656GB. An attempt was made to deliver the order on 19th June but no-one was home. Please see Royal Mail website to rearrange your delivery. Team Eternity

“I ordered 2 braclets from this Jeweller online, I had to call immediately after the order was complete as I had a small query and my question was answered by the owner who put my mind at rest. The items were received in a timely manner and every bit as lovely in the flesh. I was very happy and would use this Jeweller again without any doubts.”

“I did-not actually want to write this review, however after trying to contact them numerous times to no success bar getting “please leave review” it has left me with no choice. I ordered the earrings and accept from the initial purchase details, I had have zero updates as to where my parcel was or if it was delivered. After frantically knocked around the neighbourhood I got my parcel. So not only was it delivered to the wrong address I still did not receive any further updates not even to say it’s been delivered. Finally once I got them I gifted them to a little girl as a birthday present. They haven’t even had them more than 24 hours and they have bowed! If I was you I wouldn’t both with this jewellers they have been nothing but a disappointment.”
