“I received a different model to the one that is in the photo, but I'm still happy to keep it as it is a very nice Citizen watch at a reasonable price. It's not really acceptable to be sent a watch different to the one in the picture, hence 3 stars.”

“The earrings were nice but presentation was very poor. Do not bother with gift wrap if you are sending direct as it was placed in the delivery bag with the jewellery and the earrings were chucked in the box and I had to secure in the foam myself. Bit poor for a purchase of diamond jewellery.”
