“Just received my 55mm gold hoops, beautiful quality, delivered within 3 days of order even while in postal strike. Had a query initially, called the number and surprised a real person answered, dealt promptly with my query, very help man, sorted everything, hoping now my daughter in law will love her birthday gift as much as I do. Great service, great staff, quality gold.”

“Terrible customer service! I’ve ordered 2 pairs of earrings with express delivery, I was contacted by them later that day to inform me that they didn’t have one of them in stock and due to a system error on the website was still showing as available. Nothing wrong so far. We agreed that I will only buy the pair that was in stock and since I couldn’t wait for the other one to be back in stock I would get my money back for it. I got the one item delivered but never got the refund for the second pair. I have sent multiple emails chasing the refund and never got a reply from them! So beware when ordering! I would honestly avoid them!!!”

“My order from Eternity arrived promptly and nicely packaged. Unfortunately, on opening the package I discovered they had not sent the particular earrings I had ordered. After a phone call, I was asked to return the earrings - and so had to pay for the return postage.”
