Hi After reading this review we thought it important to state the facts. We received your order on 26th March and it was dispatched to you the following day. We have tracked your order WEB36327 via the Royal Mail website. The tracking code is OK459849212GB. Royal Mail have stated "Your item has been delivered to your nominated collection point on 09-04-2026 and it's now ready for you to collect." As a family business we try our very best to deliver the best customer service possible . We are sorry that Royal Mail took a little longer than usual but they have delivered your parcel to your nominated colletion point. Warm Regards Team Eternity

I had a terrible experience with this company!!! I asked for my delivery to be made on a specific day, which the delivery company confirmed, but they ignored that and delivered when I was away. The parcel was left exposed in an unsafe location and I never received it. I contacted them multiple times and they have ignored every single email. This was supposed to be a gift for my daughter, and in the end I had to go to H. Samuel’s, who provided excellent service. Reading other reviews, I can see I’m not the only one treated this way. Poor customer service, zero communication, and no accountability. I strongly advise avoiding this company. I will definitely be doing a charge back and complain to my local consumer protection authority. I’m so disappointed! If I could have given 0 stars I would!

Hi Marissa We have a copy of all our correspondence. You placed the order with us on the evening of 27th August. To be clear we emailed you on 29th August to confirm your parcel was out for delivery. When the parcel leaves here via Royal Mail we no longer control it. You then requested Royal Mail (not ourselves) to deliver the next day instead but unfortunately Royal Mail delivered on 29th August to a "safe location" within your premises. We responded to your email stating that you were not in possession of the parcel, confirming we would investigate and reply within 24 hours.We then responded the next day confirming proof of delivery along with a photograph of the parcel. You then replied "Thank you so much G...". We have no further correspondence thereafter.

To be honest not happy the back of the klasp keeps popping open leaving my earring to fall out considering I've paid 350 pound very disappointed

Won't order again. Ordered on the evening of the 6th Feb. In the evening. As per the delivery information on the website the order should then left 7th Feb. Only received my tracking number 11 Feb. This after emailing for information on the 8th Feb. Royal mail only delivered on the 18 Feb after paying for 2 to 3 day delivery. Due to the delay the gift wasn't in time to be sent to South Africa.

We contacted you on 11th September to confirm the refund would be processed on the return of our Web Director. This has now been completed
