“A great experience. Arrived in good time even though it was Christmas. I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately the bracelet broke in the middle after 3 days of wearing. Customer service was great and Greg the Manager organised a replacement which arrived the next day. Would recommend”

“Lovely piece of jewellery. Only gripe (very small) but you have to pay extra for a box and gift bag. Surely jewellery should be sold with these as standard ? Other than that, no problems.”

“Bought a children's watch (Sekonda) as a Christmas present for my 13 year old son, he is very happy with it as it looks very sporty, and also has a backlight function so he can see the time even in the dark. The watch face is the perfect size for his small wrist and the wristband is just right at its narrowest setting (lots of space for growth). Price point and delivery times all much appreciated, but I have to take 1 star off because there was no instruction manual with the watch. Would appreciate a link if at all available.”

“Pleased with my item, excellent price and quality. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I had no idea when it would arrive, the lack of communication via email was very poor. If this improves I would definitely buy from here again.”

“I was perfectly happy with the item but box it came in was damaged and ripped. This was a christmas present so i need to do some repairs to the box to make it look half presentable for when its opened on xmas day. Other than that i was happy with everything else”
