“I have not received my order I had so many complications , it hasnt given me a delivery number The earrings was for my niece for her 2nd birthday and they havnt arrived I had to go spend more money on different present”

Hi Courtney I believe your original order went missing. We subsequently sent a 2nd pair of earrings as a goodwill gesture. These were received and signed for on 26th June by "Bapty". Kind regards Team Eternity

“I did-not actually want to write this review, however after trying to contact them numerous times to no success bar getting “please leave review” it has left me with no choice. I ordered the earrings and accept from the initial purchase details, I had have zero updates as to where my parcel was or if it was delivered. After frantically knocked around the neighbourhood I got my parcel. So not only was it delivered to the wrong address I still did not receive any further updates not even to say it’s been delivered. Finally once I got them I gifted them to a little girl as a birthday present. They haven’t even had them more than 24 hours and they have bowed! If I was you I wouldn’t both with this jewellers they have been nothing but a disappointment.”
