“Our trip to South America was well organised taylored to our requests and competently priced. We had an issue with transfers needing to rearrange these ourselves however Eshores refunded all costs.”

“Generally a good knowledge based service but a few improvements to make it better would be… Detail on the holiday summary needed me to clarify 3 times Was not told when I would have to pay the remaining cost of the holiday. Only found out by admin team that it needed paying in 2 weeks time. To build trust attention to detail is very important. This is the first time used eShore so would expect to see more accuracy so I can feel my holiday is organised and in good hands.”

“We used Andy from e shores for our first trip to Thailand and with all the ever changing requirements it was great that we could ring him at any time and he would always be able to answer any query we had , he even helped us apply for the Thai pass by going through it on his pc while we were doing at at home at the same time , all transfers , hotels were exactly as he arranged and I would have no hesitation in using Andy again”

“We have now booked, not taken yet, two holidays with e shores. Emma helped us arrange our first trip and we also dealt with her for our second. I ran our basic ideas past her and for both holidays she has come up with an amazing itinerary. All dealt with very professionally and every little question answered straight away. We have our first trip in May and if it is as good as everything so far, we know we are going to enjoy it. Many thanks e shores, especially Emma.”

“We, very optimistically, booked a holiday for February 2021 in Vietnam during the first lockdown in June 2020. Throughout the pandemic the whole team at eshores, especially Leanne and Gavin, have gone above and beyond to ensure that we were fully informed of all of our options as the initial holiday was cancelled and changes were needed to our rearranged trip to Thailand due to Thai and airline changes. They gave us great confidence that our money was safe and that changes could be made throughout the process. Even once the holiday was confirmed they kept in touch to ensure that all PCR tests were arranged and passed and that we had completed the Thailand Pass process. We missed a connection due to a delayed outbound flight and responded to an email we sent in the early hours UK time to rearrange transfers and ensure our hotel was informed we would be arriving 24 hours later than planned. I can't speak highly enough of their outstanding professionalism, exceptional customer service and commitment to us enjoying a much needed holiday. They will certainly be getting our business again in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a tailor made holiday”

“Gavin @ eShores, came recommended to me by a trusted friend who travels very frequently. Gavin has arranged a number of trips for me over the last few years. I have specific requests as I am sure many travellers do. Gavin listens carefully and his recommendations have always been thought through carefully with that in mind. This has resulted in stress free and enjoyable travel for my family. Paperwork is always timely and in excellent order. With our most recent reservations there were particular issues on our side meaning two changes to the original booking. This did not prove straightforward with the companies involved but Gavin kept engaged and on the case resulting in the necessary changes at no personal loss to me. I greatly appreciate this level of service, never more so than in these challenging times and would recommend Gavin without hesitiation.”

“I would 100% recommend eShores to anyone looking for a bespoke trip at an incredibly reasonable price. Dave (the travel consultant) took all of my ideas about the holiday and made them work; adding in his own suggestions and presenting multiple options within the quote. He was available by phone and email and we had multiple conversations to ensure the holiday worked for us perfectly. Super service and lovely people, we will definitely be using eShores again.”

“Could not recommend EShores and especially Michelle (travel consultant) enough. I initially sent my request via their online call back service and Michelle called me back within the same afternoon to get some further details and I had my holiday quote within 24hours. The whole process from start to finish was made so easy with the help of Michelle. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone and will most certainly be contacting Michelle to book another holiday!”
