“I found eShores following a random internet for a provider who could help with a Greek Island hopping itinerary. following an internet query with the basics, they contacted me promptly and very quickly got a feel for what I was looking for and came back with a proposal which was pretty much spot on. I found Matthew helpful, knowledgeable and responsive and will certainly use them again in the future.”

“Mathew has been so helpful and knowledgeable. He has made what seemed like a difficult task easy. We have booked a holiday that ticked all the boxes. Mat listened to what we wanted and put together an itinerary that we are very excited about. His knowledge of the USA was so helpful. He was polite and friendly and never pushy.”

“We were planning a trip to Jordan and approached e-shores who were extremely helpful. Dave listened to what the requirements for the trip were and came back with a brilliant itinerary including all the things we’d wanted to do. “Excellent service from e Shores, from requesting a quote, Mathew rang to discuss what we wanted for our holiday, understood we wanted a mix of culture and beach, with stays in 4/5 star hotels. Nothing was too much trouble for Mathew, he emailed different hotel options to choose from, and suggested areas to stay. His quote with all flights and transfers sorted out for us, excellent service.”

“E shores staff are very helpful, friendly and efficient. Emma suggested a few resorts that would suit our budget.and answered all my queries to get everything perfect. I've had a very good experience with E shores and looking forward to going on holiday.”

“As a group of we have been fortunate enough to have travelled to Hong Kong, Vietnam, Singapore, Bali, Kuala Lumpur and Middle East (to name but a few) at various times. We've had to postpone a trip to Australia due to current restrictions but are hopeful for November 2022. All of our travels were booked through Kadie and it's a pleasure to know that she's back. We look forward to many more bookings with her and her team. We find the service exemplary. Any issues we've had have been dealt with immediately without fuss and in a stress free and helpful way.”

“We were advised by Michelle our travel agent to cancel our holiday due to covid and the £675 deposit would be refundable against another holiday. We have tried to book another holiday and are now told we will only be able to use less than £200 of the deposit as the holiday we want to book isn’t a multi centre holiday. Due to ever changing rules with covid doesn’t seem a very sensible option. If we hadn’t listened to our wise agent our holiday would have been cancelled and fully refunded. Thank you for your wise advise - won’t be using a travel agency again will go it alone at least only have ourselves to blame! Can not get any sense from company as to why they will not refund full money against a holiday booked with them and very bad attitude when dealing with us.”

I'm sorry to hear your feedback. I will speak to Michelle and we will be in touch to discuss this, because your credit can be used against any of our own holidays, so we will be able to find suitable options for you. From the notes, the issue Michelle was having was down to you wanting to transfer deposits from other passengers, which wasn't possible but again there are options for you to ensure you don't lose any credit. I will get Michelle to get in touch to assist further.

“eShores have been incredibly helpful and flexible in both organising holidays and navigating the minefield of plans having to be cancelled because of Covid restrictions and the resulting refunds. The refund process was mostly simple, apart from the continuing problems caused by the monstrosity that is RyanAir, so this was in no way eShores' fault. Chris is a credit to the company. Highly recommended.”

“This is a review of the excellent service we received from e/shores and particularly from Leanne who helped organise our holiday and while we were on holiday as the rules kept changing COVID 19 ,Leanne was there for us and we would like to say thank you for your help We will be using your services again as we have done for many years and as we are planning our next trip we will definitely be using e/shores once again thank you Leanne. “Chris was very helpful and efficient. However the computerised confirmation of travel details was full of mistakes and despite several attempts is still not correct so I’ve given up. This does not detract from Chris who was very good.”
