“Andrea was extremely helpful, when I first enquired the flights had not been released and she offered to phone me back when they were released. True to her word she phoned me back with a price which I did compare and this was the best price available for my holiday. Every time I have telephoned I have had excellent Customer Service from all staff.”

“Andy Rogerson gave excellent customer service when i booked a multi city holiday to the states in September. He was very knowledgable and got us a great rate for our vacation!! He was that good that I recommended him to my cousin, who has also booked a holiday with him!!”

“This is the second time I have booked a long haul trip with Dave, he is extremely helpful and will look up hotels flights which we were looking at already , he isn,t a pushy sales man and gave me the best price available as I had already done my research already. Will definitely book with them again”

“Very good service and altho one pays a tad more for an agent, we feel it is worth it oon the overall expense of any holliday. Eshore have been paricularly good and efficient. We dealt with Helen and can't speak for any others but she is top job.”

“Hi, Decided to do a dual centre holiday this year, New York & Miami. I was not quite sure on the accommodation type, or the standard of flights I required. I told Andy from eshores travel what I was looking for,, and he provided a good base quotation, which I then customised to suit my budget. I cannot praise Andy or eshores enough, the communications and advice has been spot on. I can now look forward to enjoying the holiday, without any worries .”

“Kadie was more than helpful - she was the only travel agent from several different companies to show me a holiday to my exact specification (which wasn't simple!), she made sure she always emailed me back if I had any questions, she even stayed late one night because I needed to call but couldn't call until after my working hours, which was out of her working hours. Very impressed with eShores as a whole.”

“Will always go to Eshores first for a quote ! Have used them 2 or 3 times now and iam very impressed with them (Kadie). Always quick to get back to me. We have had some good deals and would recomend them to anybody.”

“I have booked a couple of holidays with eShores and have always found them very helpful and accommodating of my requirements without trying to over sell me anything. I have also found them very competitive against other travel agents. I would recommend them without hesitation if you want someone that will go that extra mile to make the holiday fit your requirements rather than you having to fit the standard for everyone!”
