“I am extremely impressed with the exceptionally high standard of service we have received from Eshores and in particular Samantha Healey. She accommodated our every request, was patient when we changed our minds about hotels and flight times and was polite and personable every step of the way. Thanks to Samantha's efficiency, tenacity and outstanding competence we have now booked the holiday of a lifetime at an amazing price with no stress! We will be using Eshores for all our future holidays! A class service!”

“We booked a holiday to Vietnam through Emma McDonough in November 2013. This was the first time we had planned a multi centre trip so i wasn't quite sure how fluent this would be but it was all fine. This was also the first time we had booked with eShores. Only 1 small issue when we first arrived but this has been brought to your attention. The holiday itself was great and we have already had some friends of ours book with you since. Looking forward to our next trip. Thanks Emma and thank you eShores. Scott”

“I came across eshorse via a Google search on line. Andy Rogerson was very helpful and called me very promptly. He tailor made a trip for us to Las Vegas & Caribbean with a number of resort and island options. He arranged Atlantic flights with Virgin and provided us with up to date information on the condition of Las Vegas hotel rooms from his rep who had recently visited them all. A booking was made with room upgrades and we are looking forward to taking our first holiday via eshorse in 3 months time. I was initially a bit nervous about booking with a company I had not heard of but as they are a member of ABTA everything is covered - just in case! Finally the package offered excellent value for money. Andy was able to arrange it all at a much better price than Virgin Holidays - even allowing for my usual 10%Virgin discount. So it looks as if I will be returning to eshores for my future holiday requirements - assuming that all goes according to plan on our 2014 trip. Bye bye Virgin Holidays and hello eshores.”

“Helen was able to source the holiday that we wanted within our budget. We changed the dates once and this was no problem to her. She answered all of the questions that we had and found us what looks like being a fantastic holiday. A very professsional service”

“we contacted eShore 4 week before the date we wanted to travel and gave them our holiday wishes which were to travel to Thailand to have a 2 centre holiday there and call off in Hong Kong. they came back very promptly with full details of flights hotels and transport links, which were all very pleasing, along with the cost. after researching the hotels we booked the holiday. the hotels were fantastic and eShore even got upgrade rooms for us. The holiday was all we dreamed of (with the exception of the delayed flight out of Manchester due to technical problem - not eShores fault) the link flight from Doha to Hong Kong was organised for us. we would concider using eShore again if or when we decide to go on a long haul holiday again”

“We were due to go to Egypt, through eShores, in early July, and were very happy with the holiday that Dave had arranged for us. Our flights were set for Thursday, but, late on Tuesday night, the Foreign Office advised against all but essential travel to the country. On the Wednesday, Dave was utterly amazing. He offered us the option to postpone, cancel or try an alternative destination. We opted for the latter, and, before the day was out, he'd arranged a fantastic multi-site holiday in Thailand, flying from the same airport, on the same dates! He was in constant communication throughout the day, and must have pulled out all the stops for us. We had a holiday of a lifetime. I can't rate Dave and eShores highly enough. We will definitely use them as our first port of call when arranging holidays in the future. Paul, Helen, Shona and James.”

“We were looking for a twin centre holiday to New York and Vegas. i submitted a query online and within 24 hours i got a phone call to confirm my requirements. within 10 minutes id had a call back eshores had found a holiday in my price range staying where i wanted. We booked the holiday eshores saved us alot of time and the service we received was brilliant. they offered advice in relation to transfers and were happy to help.”

“I found e-shores travel consultant Mat, very helpful. I was a little sceptical about booking a whole package on line, but after reading other reviews, and dealing with e-shores in person over phone/e-mail, I realised they were very good. Mat was more than happy to help custom make our perfect holiday to America! We go on our adventure next year! I will be back to write another review on our return! Thanks e-shores.”

“I have booked several holidays with e shores and have always been really pleased. We booked a weekend trip to New York, and the hotel recommended was ideal placed to all the sights and was reasonably priced. I will definitely use e shores again”
