“This is the first time I've used the company and it certainly won't be the last. Dave's attentiveness was second to none. I am a customer service manager myself and I couldn't fault that given by Dave. I have a feeling he stayed back after his work hours just to ensure we got the holiday we were looking for. Excellent service.”

“I found Kadie to be very helpful and knowledgeable and was very impressed that when I emailed her to confirm that I wanted to proceed with the holiday she'd proposed, she forwarded my email to Dave, as she had a day off due to it being Easter. Dave then handled everything for me, extremely efficiently, meaning that my holiday was booked in record time. This was then followed up immediately by the admin team - great service!”

“Dave was really helpful, and responded really quickly to my requests to change flight dates and check alternative hotels. He got on the phone and kept things moving without being pushy. I think the personal touch and telephone contact gave eShores the edge over a couple of competitors that were slower in their responses.”

“The service we had from Eshores (Emma McDonough in particular) was fantastic. We have just returned from a multi centre break to Hong Kong and Thailand and have had the most amazing time with everything running smoothly. The private transfers were excellent and hotels perfectly situated and of an excellent standard. What impressed me even further was the superb value for money! I felt we had a first class holiday at a knock down price. I would definitely recommend Eshores to anyone. Thanks Eshores you provided an excellent service throughout! “My partner and I wanted to book a 3 week holiday to Vietnam, we didn't want to do a fully escorted tour but wanted all the flights, hotels and transfers booking for us. I approached the usual well known companies for a quote and also found eShores on the internet so asked them for a quote too. In all I got 4 quotes and eShores were substanitally cheaper than all the others (about £1,000 per person!) and this was to stay in the same grading of hotel and take the same flights, in fact a number of hotels were exactly the same as the more expensive companies had quoted. The hotel went so smoothly from start to finish, the information provided was comprehensive so every time we needed to check into a hotel or get a transfer we knew exactly where and when. The team at eShores couldn't have been more helpful and answered all my questions before the holiday and let us know immediately about any changes to flight times, etc. I will definitely be using eShores again and would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“Dave Felton who was my contact for booking was absolutely top drawer. Knew everything about the area, gave honest advice and didn't try to steer us down a specific route. On top of that he was ridiculously quick with getting back on quotes -land even advised on additional b”

“The service from beginning to end was immaculate. Queries were dealt with quickly and everything we asked for was included in our quotation. Hotels that were booked for our trip were all brilliant and the whole trip ran smoothly. I can not thank Mathew enough and will definitely be using eshores again. By far the best service I have ever received.”
