“I cannot sing the praises of Helen Milward my travel consultant at eShores highly enough, she is fantastic. We booked to go to Orlando and then New York and Helen sorted it all out for us, this included flights and upgrades, car hire, visa's and theme world passes for the Orlando part of the trip and then for New York, tickets for a Broadway show, City Passes and a Helicopter Ride. All we had to do was turn up at the airport, amazing service and beats any of the 'high street operators' I have ever dealt with. I have also booked a trip to Barcelona with them on the basis of the experience and level of customer service I have previously received. If you are travelling independently as opposed to a 'package deal' then eShores should be your first place to contact.”

“Hi, I have been liasing with Mathew Woodward at eshores, I am hoping that the holiday I booked for Las Vegas and Mexico is as superb as the service that Matt provided when I enquired about it. Matt went over and above what I had received from other companies, even letting me know when flights were cheaper, so saving me money. Matt was professional and provided excellent customer service and I listened to the opinions he gave me, as he had been to both of the resorts. I then made the decision to book with eshores due to the service I had received. Matt is a very polite and friendly man and I would recommend eshores to my friends and family.”

“I cannot fault eshores for their professional, personal and flawless service at every stage. The staff are incredibly efficient and helpful and take what feels like a personal interest in researching every aspect of any trip. I have very specific ideas about any given trip and the staff are amazingly patient and accommodating and the overall cost is always competitive. I have travelled the world, with so much still left to see, but will never use another travel agent as long as eshores will put up with me!”

“I cannot praise Matthew enough,he was so helpful from start to finish,nothing was too much trouble. I discussed our ideas for the trip and he made it happen simple as that! We had excellent accommodation and feel we couldn't have asked for more,changes that we would make would only have been through having the experience. I have recommended E.shores to friends,family,colleagues and, as a Practice Nurse who does Travel Clinics I also recommend you there too! Will definately use the company again. Thankyou”

“Out travel Consultant was called Dave and he was absolutely brilliant! Nothing was to much trouble for him. We were emailing or phoning him every day for nearly a week with different questions and changing our mind about things and he responded promptly every time. He really was so helpful. We had a few travel agency's dealing with us at the time but the reason we chose e shores was because of him!! We will definitely be using your company again. He really is an asset to your company.”

“After trailing through multi centre agencies I can across eshores and glad I did! This was my first long haul holiday and first multi centre holiday. Mathew at eshores made sure I was at ease the whole time through creating my itinerary and booking. He had been to thailand himself and was nice to think I was talking to someone that had been there himself! He was able to give us tips and opinions, and would do what he could to meets endless stream of emails and changes to the itinerary. So, so far so good! Definitely recommend eshores, so friendly!”

“I called a number of travel companies trying to get quotes for our honeymoon next April. Emma at Eshore was the only one that got back to us when she said she would with a couple of itineries which was exactly what we asked for. Emma was super helpful and friendly. The whole booking process was clear and painless and we can't wait for our trip. I'd definitely use Eshore again.”

Dave Felton booked my holiday and was excellent, received a phone call just hours after contacting EShores and again contacted me very quickly once he had put the perfect itinary together. “Hi, I have just comeback from a tailor made holiday with eShores. Andy Rogerson was my travel consultant and organised everything I wanted in both my destinations, Miami and Cancun. He also offered us the best prices, even beating quotes I had received from other travel agencies for example Expedia. The holiday lived up to every expectation and I could not be happier! I have been recommending eShores to everyone I have come accross and will definitely be using them again for my future holidays!”

“I wanted a tailor made experience to Dubai and a dew destinations in south-east Asia. I was assigned Andy Rogerson as my travel consultant who was able to listen to all my desires, put in place arrangements to accommodate them all, and even make recommendations based upon the kind of experiences I wanted. Andy was responsive and patient when I made changes to the itinerary. Andy was also able to make recommendations for excursions and share his own travel experience to pick the best locations to fulfil my desires. I travel in November 2014 so will have to see how it actually pans out, however, I feel confident that the experience will live up to my expectations and that I will have an amazing experience!”

“I wanted to book a special trip to the USA - New York & Las Vegas. I new the trip would be specialised as I needed a certain amount of nights in New York and Las Vegas but needed to keep the price down. Dave helped me book the perfect trip at an affordable price. I would recommend eShore to anyone, the process from start to finish was smooth. I will be using them again in the future!.”
