Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “The ordering process was straightforward, price was good, delivery charge was reasonable and the ability to choose a delivery date to suit was a good plus. Don't know how the product will perform yet, hence only 4 stars - fingers crossed it will turn out to be a '5'.”

“Would have been 5* as packaging and speed of dispatch was good but the Courier DPD delivered to the wrong address and refused to correct their mistake. Eventually located item at property in adjacent street.”

“Good product,s good prices. I think the IT needs to be reviewed as I had two messages to say the product was about to be delivered but the first related to delivery to the courier and the second related to the delivery to me. A couple of speedily answered emails clarified the situation. The items arrived well packaged and the driver was helpful and friendly. I don't need the items for another week so I have left them unopened and can't confirm condition This is my second attempt o post a review as the first took me to a page to which I was denied access. I hate the annoying interference of Grammerly!!”

“Avenue Lima Back to Wall Toilet Pan Avenue Kingston 1000mm Toilet and Basin Combination Unit Anthracite Right Hand I bought the above and selected the dropdown for the cistern yet this has not been included. I have been back online and don't seem able to purchase the cistern - I am unable to add to my basket. I don't know how to purchase! I thought the toilet seat would be included with the toilet pan but isn't. I couldn't find details on line to state what is included. Actual combination vanity unit and basin are of a good standard and are as expected yet to be functional there are a lot of additions required to be functional - toilet pan, toilet seat & cistern. This should be part of the package for ease of purchase to ensure you have all elements necessary.”
