Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “The customer service department is very efficient at picking up on issues resulting from deliveries . I have been told that a good will gesture of £50 will be refunded to my account and I appreciate the intention .”

“The website is reasonably easy to use. The choice was okay although there were a few products out of stock - but I guess that’s a sign of the times. Delivery time was much shortened once I’d ordered. It would be nice if this was a bit more realistic - getting it quicker didn’t help in my case, although knowing when it will come is important. Can’t tell anything about the shower I bought as it is not installed yet.”
