Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. Speed of delivery was excellent and I was kept informed every step of the way ..top marks ..but the Quality of the product was very poor ..wax left quite disappointed

The shower enclosure was delivered promptly. On unpacking the shower enclosure it was found to be missing four top and bottom door seals. Contacted Ergonomics to inform of the missing parts they said they would contact Frontline Bathroom Ltd who supplied the shower enclosure. Frontline did not have any seals in stock nor could they advise when these seals might be in stock. They have offered to take back the original one and replace it with a new one. I have suggested they might like to break open the pack in their warehouse and just send us the seals. To save on courier costs and save the planet. Awaiting a response from Frontline.

Let down by Delivery service. Paid £40 for Delivery. Very large bath was delivered by 1 man lucky it was not damaged the way he offloaded it. Then when I took all rapping off realised he had not delivered the feet with it. Also Delivery driver did not contact me an hour before Delivery as stated on Delivery note !.

Delivery was really good with communication about times etc. However, the product is not. The pictures look amazing. Wall tap heads don’t line up - the top knob is square but the lower one is at an angle and are still continuing to drip when turned off even after multiple attempts by my tradesman to fit them. Please advise

The delivery of the products was good but the shower tray was still drying from being made (underneath on the bottom side) and the edges of the shower tray were rough and very sharp - actually very dangerous to fit. I was quite disappointed

**Warning** Please be aware when ordering larger items from Ergonomic Designs, these will be dispatched directly from the supplier, please save all packaging, do not rip, tear or cut any of it, should you wish to return anything damaged packaging will be used as an excuse not to process the return.** Delivery was good, but my experience with Ergonomic Design was tainted by there lack of after service, you can not talk to customer services, it' has to go through there website help desk.

Called them to check availability for 4 products and all have been confirmed as in stock, so I’ve placed the order and paid for it. Couple of hours later I’ve received an email saying that 2 item are not in stock and I have to wait 2-4 weeks. I,ve asked for a refund and waited more than a week to get my money back.

Purchased a 3 way valve to replace an existing one. Was delighted when I found one made in the UK. It didn’t work. ED insisted it was my setup, the one that had worked for 10 years, that was at fault. I told them I was returning the item. ED said it would be sent back to the manufacturer to be tested before anything further would happen. No fault was found. I gave three stars because I did get my money back (minus the postage) though this seemed to be a concession of the manufacturer and not ED. I bought another from a competitor and it is working. I suspect the fault is down to the non-return valve inside, it’s too stiff. I have a pump fitted because the pressure is low but it needs some water movement to know to turn on. What annoyed me the most was the insistence that it was my system, there wasn’t any acceptance that the product could be the problem. So if that’s how the valve is designed to be then maybe the fault lies with EDs description and information. I’ll be sticking with their competitor from now on.

What we ordered from the website unfortunately the colours of worktop was different. This has been a complete waste as this doesn't match colour in the bathroom. We ordered a 1200 wall hung vanity unit but we received two 600units. Not happy with the service provided.

Was a little bit disappointed this time round when I ordered. I paid an extra £20 to have the parts ordered sooner, only to be told by the delivery company there is no way they would deliver on the date suggested as they were not in the area. ED shouldn’t be offering this service if you can’t follow through on it, End result, no discount given or any apology, all I received was a ‘we are happy to cancel the order’ Usually a very good service.

Whilst I accept I didn’t unpack the shower tray immediately, it was in fact several weeks later, when I did unpack it and it was cracked I was simply told nothing could be done and I would have to buy another one. Disappointing.

My shower tray and waste unit was due to be delivered on Monday. I had to take a valuable day off work as no timescale was given. After 3 p.m. i called to ask how much longer it would be until delivery. After Ergonomic Designs calling the supplier, they called me back and said there had been an issue and it would not be delivered today. I paid £45.99 for this service and not only did i not get a courtesy call to tell me of an issue bit i did not receive the service that i paid for. Ergomomic Designs have been helpful with resceduling the delivery, but i think the initial communication and service that i paid for has been poor, not to mention a completely wasted day off work. There has been no mention of any recompense which i feel is poor bearing in mind the circumstances. I await the newly agreed delivery date this Thursday...….since this issue the Team have made amends and their service on my second order was exemplary.

The item we ordered and paid for was out of stock and we were later told we’d receive it in a few weeks. We’d also paid an extra for an express delivery so we asked for a refund but they said they couldn’t. Later, we found out the express delivery charge is a delivery charge for the item even though it didn’t say on their website. It was misleading. When we were notified of the delivery, we were told if we missed to receive it, there will be another delivery charge occurred which was over £40. A customer service staff was very helpful and he was doing his best but overall, our experience with this company was not good.

I ordered a shower screen on Sunday 08/09/2019, my order consisted of a 300mm shower screen, a 200mm return panel and a support bar. I opted for grouped delivery to try to limit the amount of time we would have to stay in to be available for delivery compared to if they were to come separately. On Tuesday 10/09 I received a dispatch email advising that the delivery would be on Wednesday 11/09. We arranged for my wife to wait in for the delivery on Wednesday and when I hadn't heard anything by midday I phoned for an ETA on the delivery - the agent checked with the courier and I was told it would be before 3pm. At 2.50pm my wife rang to ask on the delivery again as she had to nip out for 20 minutes to collect our eldest from school, she said the female agent was rude and abruptly told her that she couldn't contact the courier as the lines were busy and advised my wife that if she missed the delivery then we would need to pay to have the item redelivered. When she returned from the school run it still hadn't been and I arrived home at 4.45pm with still no delivery - when I phoned I was told that the delivery driver had hit traffic due to an accident and that it would now be delivered Thursday, the agent did apologise for nobody phoning us to let us know. I told him Thursday was no good and it would need to be Friday when my wife was next available. So we were booked in for Friday. Friday morning came and we received an email advising that one of the panels was damaged and we would not be getting a delivery that day. I was then told it would come Monday. Monday came and the delivery eventually arrived, later than I was advised - my wife took in the delivery and we thought all was well, until I returned home from work and found that the 300mm panel was missing from the delivery! I had to contact again on Tuesday to arrange for another replacement panel to be delivered but this could only be delivered on Thursday 19/09. The panel did finally arrive later than advised on Thursday ( 45 mins late) to complete my order and I am happy with the product and it is now fitted. I am however extremely disappointed in the poor level of service from Egonomic Designs, the lack of empathy in the missing and late deliveries, just matter of fact that it would now be delivered on this day instead with no consideration for the lost time. It was only after complaining and requesting a refund for the delivery that I received a refund. This should have been a minimum offer in the first instance considering that if I missed the delivery I would have to pay again! We are pleased that we finally have our delivery and pleased that the quality of the product is decent but I would not recommend purchasing from Ergonomic Designs, nor would I use them again in future myself.

We bought two WCs that said they came with ceramic handles, but when we got the toilets they only had basic handles. Questioned it and was told they would have been in the box separately, which they weren't. I was told that they were delivered and that is that and if I wanted them I would have to pay again for another set.

Very difficult to order as site kept blocking with weird message (reported) Also although the product is fine the additional stuff required like toilet seat and plug for basin for my order you do not stock ! Very frustrating now have to go and search for items. One stop shop is what you need not 90%
