Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Basin and tap arrived very promptly and pleased with items,Yet to install but happy with delivery. No packaging around basin , curious. maybe cutting down on plastic but some paper might have been a good idea.”

“This relates to a Franke EOX 611 S/S sink. In fact two were separately ordered and both were delivered the following morning (one of them was damaged during installation), so five stars for that. However, the standard UK waste fittings that were to hand did not fit. Tradesmen familiar with the product would know this and would order the siphon kits offered as extras. Now, this is a consumer-facing sales oriented website. It would be a simple matter for Ergonomic to make this point for each product affected but, no, they don't wish to extend such a courtesy to their customers, who thus discover the hard way that the Franke kit is required, and that additional carriage charges and delays are incurred. Worth less than one star.”
