Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “I am somewhat perplexed when I received my order for this, item to find its product tech description was not up to what was advertised. I was looking for a .1-.2bar low pressure tap and on reading the attached sheet that came with the tap it was in fact .5bar. Unfortunately, this property I was fitting it into is a bungalow with only a 2m head. I have since purchased another tap from a local supplier but not sure whather it is worth returning for a credit. Maybe you can advise on this matter”
