Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Very disappointing delivery. Screen shot led us to believe the delivery was made to Middleton, 20 miles from us. We went there to then find it had been delivered to Bury. Another very poor Dpd delivery/ communication. Dpd don't see anything wrong with what they've done. This has wasted a lot of our time. Our order clearly stated a home delivery. As soon as Dpd deviated from that we should have been given clear communications. Pathetic service from them. I probably wouldn't order again from Ergonomics designs, purely to avoid Dpd. I would like a refund of our delivery charge. In our view the item was not delivered in line with agreed delivery details at purchase.”

“I ordered a 3 way thermostatic mixer valve and attachments from Ergonomic design over 5 years ago now, I originally purchased from them as I loved the design on it and the great price in comparison to others. Over 5 years later I had an issue which the support team helped me along with, support was great and very friendly. I'm due to move, starting a big renovation project and I will definitely be looking to purchase from them again. Highly recomend. Thankyou”

“Placd the order online and received the ordered goods within three or four days. Good service. New shower unit not yet fitted so I'll have to wait and see if there's anything else I need to go back to them about but, looking at the packaging, I can't see that there will be any issues.”

“I was a little concerned reading some of previous reviews. However our service was excellent delivered in just over 24 hours from the point of ordering. Items undamaged and well packed for the journey in good quality cardboard something that many shippers ignore. The driver from PJH was one of the most courteous I have met in over 20yrs in the Transport sector.Very well done he even called in advance to advise when he was delivering and also if the access was good which it is. Excellent service.”

“Not the best start as was I formed my item was delayed after they found it damaged in the warehouse. When it arrived it was spilt into 2 pieces. Awaiting collection if the item and replacement”

“We'd arrange for our plumber to be at the delivery address, but he was not present. The delivery man was proactive in finding a solution - and made a couple of phone calls to us to resolve the issue. Excellent service!”

“Delivery of goods plus postage free excellent, unfortunately their was slight damage to a stainless steel item from the Franke sink I ordered. Economic Designs resolved this issue and a replacement part sent.”
