Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Great customer focus, I needed some parts for a 10 year old ED shower diverter I wasn’t sure of the model number so I sent them some pics they email me back very quickly with the parts required, parts ordered shower fixed great job. Thanks”

“Hi, I am very pleased with my purchase of a Burlington close coupled wc. The transaction was fast, the goods were well packaged and are of good quality. My only query is regarding the wc cistern which has a square/curved section approx 50mm square cut out at the top left hand rear face. Although this is above the 6 L line I am concerned that if the cistern were to fill much above this it wouls start to leak out of the cut out. Can you explain what the purpose of this is please as I am not sure? Regards, Paul Fox”

“Great service from Ergonomic designs, best price out there for the products I needed, I know this because I shopped around loads for the items, one issue was the tap I ordered came with its own slotted waste for the sink & I ordered one with my order as it wasn’t clear the tap came with one, no real big deal though as there only £5-6. Ergonomic Designs actually made a mistake and sent the same order our twice, I contacted them & told them, the only issue with there mistake was the wife had to stay in & await collection through no fault of her own.”

“Ordering process easy. Goods arrived quickly and on the advertised day, though timing windows not provided. I had an issue with its website not being accurate enough about the (in)compatibility of 2 items, which required me to return one of the items and replace it. Ergonomic Designs refunded the item's cost outside of the 14 day returns window (good) but took a lot of persuading on the phone, by e-mail and then letter to refund some of the postage/packing costs (not so good). So ordering, delivery and quality of goods fine, personal service, though polite, not quite so fine.”
