Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Bought this late on Friday, I phoned first to check availability everyone very helpful. Received it the following Tuesday morning in Glasgow the carrier phoned to let me know he was on his way. Really good service all the way, prices and range better than most. I would not hesitate to buy again from this Company”

“Good communication when ,the item was ordered and when collected. The only draw back was the item took a few weeks to be back in stock...so at to keep checking online. The items themself (bath & end panel) were fantastic, well made and great for the purchase price. Would highly recommend 5*.”

“The toilet we ordered was delivered very promptly, but unfortunately was damaged. I immediately contacted Ergonomic designs and they very efficiently arranged for a replacement to be delivered and the old one collected. I'm now very happy with both the item and the service I received. Would recommend this company.”

“Very difficult to order as site kept blocking with weird message (reported) Also although the product is fine the additional stuff required like toilet seat and plug for basin for my order you do not stock ! Very frustrating now have to go and search for items. One stop shop is what you need not 90%”
