Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “After 5 years of moderate use our shower head failed at the ball joint! Never mind we had retained your details, contact was made, and the most helpful chat line put us on to the correct replacement. three days later it arrived and was easy to install, thanks to good instructions, we can shower again in great luxury!”

“Initial delivery prompt. Faulty product - it happens. Wanted video evidence and then expected me to pay for return. Refused to replace or refund until tested. Took weeks to test as they blamed the supplier and refused to do anything until they heard back from their supplier to confirm fault. My agreement was with Ergonomic and not the supplier. As far as I am concerned if I buy a faulty tin of bins I get the refund from Tesco’s and not Heinz”
