Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Was a little bit disappointed this time round when I ordered. I paid an extra £20 to have the parts ordered sooner, only to be told by the delivery company there is no way they would deliver on the date suggested as they were not in the area. ED shouldn’t be offering this service if you can’t follow through on it, End result, no discount given or any apology, all I received was a ‘we are happy to cancel the order’ Usually a very good service.”

“I needed a replacement thermastatc cartridge for my shower but 5 years since purchase I had lost all relevant paperwork. I contacted Ergonomic Designs & was very impressed as they immediately identified which shower I had purchased 5 years previously & within 3 days the cartridge arrived. The gentleman on the phone was very polite & helpful. I highly recommend.”
