Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Superb company to deal with. Prices are excellent and delivery astonishingly quick! One slight problem was dealt with immediately and replacement with next day delivery arranged. Other companies need to take a lesson in customer care from this company. Absolutely no negatives whatsoever. Thank you to Valentino and Rob for all your help.”

“From order to delivery everything whent smooth, the only thing I am not happy with is that you are rushed into checking the products I hade to go to the clients house on a sunday to check for faults. And know we have opened boxes lying around two weeks befor install. That's when things get lost and muddled.”

“We have used Ergonomic designs a few times now, for shower and bath screens, inset bathroom sinks, toilet pans and seats, and now a replacement seat, we have needed to ring for information on occasion and they've always been helpful, polite and informative, The seat we bought this time was delivered within 3 days, and fits beautifully! We recommend products and service....”
