Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “We ordered a set of vanity units for a new bathroom, including a toilet and sink. When the product was delivered, as instructed, we inspected the various boxes and found that 2 of the 3 vanity unit sections had flaws, as did the sink. We asked Ergonomic to explain why these faults had passed Quality Control, and sought assurances as to whether we would have further issues, given the various faults notified. Ergonomic replied that they had contacted the manufacturer, who would soon respond. We are still awaiting this response nearly 3 weeks later! In practice, Ergonomic replaced one of the two faulty vanity units (despite our seeking both replacements), as well as the sink, but we have never received any explanation for the faults, or assurance that the units will not damage further with use. Due to the delays in receiving a satisfactory solution, and with our bathroom fitter nearing completion of the project, we ended up having to accept this unsatisfactory position, and have to keep our fingers crossed that the units will not scuff or chip further with use. Time will tell.”

“We order a toilet which we collected. At home we realise it would not fit the drainage stystem we had. Telephoned your office said bring it back. Which did. Ordered different toilet picked that up at same time. Credit done and money back in our account within 2days. Excellent customer service.”

“I ordered a Franke kitchen sink from Ergonomic Designs; the first time I’d used them, but they had my item much cheaper than anyone else. They experienced problems with their suppliers, but kept me fully informed, after first offering me a full refund should I not with to continue. Eventually they sourced it direct from Franke and delivered it the following day. I would definitely use this company again.”
