Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Website/online purchase: Quick and easy to use Shipping: Speedy and well informed at every step Items purchased: Good quality feel to items recieved. Not yet fitted so can not comment on how they work Order delivered: Items missing from order, but easy to report missing items via website, which I'm hoping will be recieved soon.”

“I was pleased to find all the items I needed with one company. Most items were reasonably priced too except for one item which was £100 more than elsewhere. So I used the live chat & called to see if they would price match, I was surprised to get a blunt NO on both occassions..... very short sited customer service, will take my £670 order elswhere......”

“Web site good , goods dispatched and delivered, however , courier didn't follow drop off instructions at home and therefore left parcel at a shop .... Unsure if that was their protocol, or S/he could read ?”

“great website with very competetive prices. the delivery charfe was very reasonable and very fast. once the order was placed the contact and updates on delivery was excellent. the driver was very friendly and helped carry the bath inside. the bath is not installed yet but seems very good quality”
