Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “My product was delivered two days earlier than expected which was good for me. I had lots of emails to say it’s on its way from Ergonomic and DPD. The product fits nicely.”

“Unable to receive the taps ordered as you require a pin number is used at time of delivery. We both work and can not take a day off every time we order something, we have a safe place listed for delivery that works very well for other deliveries”

“Beautifully made vanity unit, very sturdy and a gorgeous colour with closing doors etc. Standard knobs look lovely with it too. Unfortunatly the plug broke immediately, completely came apart but luckily our plumber had one to replace it with so apart we're over the moon with it.”

“Item not yet received because of order/delivery glitches. I won't have the item for 2 more weeks now due to work commitments. Odd delivery update email from a staff member called 'Beth' with no work/company e-signature. I suggested including a clear reference to the company in future emails and she rudely replied it wasn't needed as the order number was referenced and her email can be checked to see sender details. I shouldn't have to dig into an order number (when making lots of orders) or an email from a firm's representative. Poor, rude, unprofessional response. Take the constructive point.”
