I took delivery of a Franke kitchen sink it came in a battered box marked re packaged by DPD the sink was cracked in two halves it must have been dropped from some height, customer services have arranged a replacement but stated I am too dispose of the broken sink it will not be collected , I can’t exactly put it in the bin , I don’t know if the local tip will charge me for disposal ?
