Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Ordered shower head, wanted to return it, sent email within 7 days to inform them. They eventually accepted my return but charged me £125 restock fee!!! I was also accused of scratching the shower head, I hadn’t even opened the box. It was returned unopened as it was originally delivered. Shame on you!”

“I bought a kitchen mixer tap. Very good price and quick delivery. I had some small damage on the tap but Ergonomic Designs sorted out a replacement part from the tap manufacture in 48 hrs. Excelent customer sevice.”

“Great item and price, easy ordering online. Bit of a job trying to find a telephone number for any questions though. Delivery quicker (24 hours!) than stated on order, thankfully wasn't a problem due to working from home. Tracking online on day of delivery and quick reply but kerbside delivery included us helping to lift a mega heavy bath off the van without a tail lift so that could have been a big problem if it wasn't for a kind neighbour. Overall good service and would use again but be aware that kerbside delivery can cause problems for some.”

“Excellent service, delivered next day which was needed as the bathroom fitter needs a new tape measure to think a 110cm wide unit will fit in a 104cm gap. These guys saved my bacon with 2 x 50cm wide units that would fit.”

“Goods well displayed on website and priced. I paid the extra for the two items to be delivered directly by the manufacturers/distributors. The PJH was delivered the next day and Barwicks the following day, both by their own vehicles. I could not have asked for more. I would specially like to commend PJH as they only charged £19.99 whilst Barwicks £45. When both were similar sized cases I wonder why one can be quicker and less than half the cost!”

“I would say 10 stars. Excellent service. I had an issue with my Franke Tap emailed the issue, lynn got back to me very quick and within 24 hours I had received the placement part I was absolutely amazed.”
