Have not had any response to the 2 emails I’ve sent in a week . Item was left on my doorstep and has been stolen . It’s impossible to call as they don’t advertise a number . Very poor service

ORDER: #EQ136540 I placed an order on 31/10/23. I received a DPD notification that I would be expecting delivery on 01/11/23. This delivery has been re-scheduled every day thereafter & has subsequently been cancelled every day thereafter! For context, I placed an order on the same day from a company that makes custom items, based in Canada. This item has been made & shipped from Canada & is with me already before the item I ordered in the UK. I appreciate that not all blame can be placed on EQVVS for this however there is an element of responsibility over the choice in shipping carrier that you use. DPD is renowned for its staff stealing items & parcels going missing. DPD has given me the same stupid answer 5 days in a row, "please wait tomorrow for an update"! Tomorrow has come & gone 5 times now with the same answer still being given. Apparently mainstream customer service in DPD can't understand or tell me why the local depot is 'holding' onto my parcel. They can't get through to the depot to understand why this has happened. I am literally going round in circles with DPD. I also contacted EQVVS to resolve this issue mid week. I got an email from them saying they contacted DPD & will get back to me ASAP with an answer. I am still waiting for the response despite a follow up email from myself looking for an update. DPD has now advised me today (05/11/23) that the best thing to do is to get the retailer (EQVVS) to cancel the parcel from their side of things and re-ship the item again. If this isn't an admission that the parcel is lost (**cough cough - stolen**) then I do not know what is?! I really do not understand why a retailer who is selling designer brand items, is using a 3rd class delivery agent with a history of internal theft. Absolutely annoyed that I have spend at least 30 minutes of my day for the past 6 days chasing a parcel. I really do not know what I can do to resolve this situation as DPD is passing me round in circles and EQVVS clearly don't like responding to emails (despite them indicating that they respond quickly in hours and even respond to emails out of hours). I would suggest using a different retailer if you value your time & want your item reasonably quick without hassle.

Hi Chris, Sorry to hear your experience shopping with us wasn't 5*. Having looked back on the order and the comms throughout your order journey and can see that your order was delivered to your address on the 6th November and I can also see that we replied to your queries over on the customer service help desk and kept you updated with communications with DPD and tracking info on your order to let you know it was on it's way to you, but unfortunately never received a reply back. I'd like to apologise for the delay with your order, while I appreciate your concerns with using DPD as a courier, this is not an issue we come across regularly so I'd like to apologise again that they missed the mark on this occasion. I was unhappy as ordered an item didn’t receive it as you clearly don’t do stock checking as you emailed me 2 days after it was meant to be delivered to say you didn’t have it stock so

We're really sorry that we had a stock issue with the item on your order, we do carry out regular stock takes to try and minimise these potential stock issues but sadly on rare occasions, they can still happen. Hi Sossa, We're sorry to hear your order has not been delivered yet. When we've checked the Royal Mail tracking, we can say that delivery was attempted on the 22nd May but Royal Mail could not get access to the property. Please could you contact our team at info@eqvvs.co.uk and we'll get this resolved for you straight away.

Pretty lousy customer service (pity there isn't an option to award zero stars). They charge for delivery postage (on a lightweight item that cost £168.00, whereas most decent companies would provide free postage) and they also charge for returns postage (e.g. if item is unsuitable/doesn't fit etc.) by deducting it from the refund, so you can never get back the full item cost. Also the returns process is a right faff, plus they ignored my email enquiry regarding postage costs (I paid extra for next day delivery, but item turned up two days later). If you require an awkward, unfulfilling & unsatisfactory shopping experience, then these are undoubtedly the go to guys. Save yourself the aggro, and take your custom elsewhere.

We've looked into your order and can see it was delivered within the estimated delivery time. We have a number of delivery options available and we're sorry if there has been some confusion, we can see you selected the 'standard delivery' option which is a 1-2 day service with Royal Mail. We do also offer DPD delivery option at £5.99 which would have guaranteed your order was delivered the next day. In regards to the refund amount, we have a cancellation form on our website (as part of The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) which entitles you to claim back £3.99 from the original delivery charge. On this occasion to get the matter resolved for you as quick as possible, there is need to fill in this form, we have now actioned a refund for £3.99. It will show in your account shortly. Hi, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We try really hard to process returns as quick as possible and always within 5 business days of arriving back at our warehouse, we're sorry that you feel it was longer than expected. The Bank Holiday at the start of May did cause a small delay in your return being processed but I can see it was still processed well within the 5 business days.

Hi Stephen, Thank you for your recent review. We're sorry to hear that you weren't happy with how long your return took to process. We think our turn around for getting returns processed is actually pretty quick compared to majority of our online competitors. As a safety precaution, all our returns currently go through a 48 hour quarantine process. We apologise that this does cause a delay to the return being processed, we still aim to get all returns processed within 5 days of arriving back with us. I ordered a CP Company Plated Linen jacket but soon after I received and email saying the item wasn't even in stock. Poor experience to say the least. It can't be that hard to update your system when items are bought and are no longer available

Ordered lyle and Scott jumper, it did not turn up. Phoned after a few weeks and was told it must be lost in post. Couldn’t resend item as no longer in stock in the size I wanted. Ended up with a refund.
