“In my dealings with EQVVS I received an email offering an extra 15% discount. Nowhere on the advert did it say that some items were excluded. When I pointed it out they refused to give me the extra 15% discount. When I asked to make an official complaint, they ignored me”

Hi Philip, I'm sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with your experience with us. We want to be transparent with our promotions and would like to clarify that sometimes certain discount codes may not work for every item, and in this case the EXTRA15 discount, as stated in our marketing, was for items already in the sale. The Boss Delaware Jeans that you were looking to purchase were at full price and not in the sale, meaning this code wouldn't apply a discount. I understand how frustrating that can be, and I appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
