I purchased a Mochino T-shirt. It cost £65 reduced from £80. Upon arrival it had underwear written on the outer collar in white lettering quite strange? Was this a marketing gimmick? This was not made clear in the advertising. If it was underwear it is too expensive. Therefore, l would like a refund. Plus it was not a perfect fit.What is the point of a photo after the item was posted back to you.

Very good service from ordering to delivery, had to return my package due to unfit size so disappointing to have to pay for the return which would put me off using again…. Most competitors are FOC

One of the items I ordered wasn’t in stock although it let me check out & pay for it but it was refunded to me. Apart from that was ok. Would order again

Hi Jamie, we're sorry to hear your item(s) were not quite the right fit for you. We do take all our size charts directly from the brand's own website (In this case Fred Perry) but we understand these are not always 100% accurate. If you are ever unsure about the sizing of a particular item, you can always contact us at info@eqvvs.co.uk and one of our customer service will be happy to measure the item in our warehouse. Reasonable prices however many items do not have all sizes and not enough pictures of the clothing, but I was pretty pleased with the service.

Products were good and a decent price. Lighting is a bit strong on the images so some products look lighter in colour than they actually are. I had to send an item bag because I just didn’t like it compared to the picture. Other than that pretty happy.

Normally Spot On.. But Recently Ordered And The Hoodie I Ordered Was The Wrong Colour.. Other Than That Never Had A Problem.. I Have Sent The Hoodie Back Waiting On Refund..

Always happy with products from site but unfortunately recent purchase has not arrived to me .. coming with Royal Mail (which I understand isn’t your fault) got a message to say it was shipped via email/text but has not arrived when it was meant £48 purchase

I was slightly concerned about the lack of a confirmation e mail from EQVVS as this was my first purchase with the company of whom I had never heard of before . The first point of confirmation was that my order had been dispatched a day later. although there was no notification of when I could expect a delivery or who the courier might be until the 5 days later when the post office notified me. Considering the cost of a Barbour coat I would have expected free delivery, which was t the case. Most other companies provided free postage. I ordered from EQVVS because itvthe only company offered the coat in an alternative colour to black. The coat arrived six days later, no paperwork or instructions were included about a return if it had been required, luckily I had been able to try the coat for size as my daughter had bought the same. I do understand the need for reduced paper work when we are striving to be ecco friendly, but a little more reassurance regarding my purchase would not have been amiss. Yes the coat arrived in a good condition and I was pleased , but if I had been concerned about a return procedure I would have felt quite vulnerable.

There should always be an expected delivery date when you place an order so we are sorry if this was not communicated clear enough to you. The packing note that comes in each parcel includes an invoice and returns information on the reverse, it is extremely rare that this was not included in your parcel so we apologise for this.
