You took my money than told me is wasn't in stock. So thanks for keeping my money for a week. Thanks for nothing.

Hi Stuart, Thank you for your recent review. We are really sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us. We can completely understand how frustrating it is when the item that you have ordered is out of stock. This was a small glitch in our system which is very rare to occur, so we are sorry that this happened to you. We advised you of this out of stock as soon as we knew and after notifying us that you would like a refund rather than store credit, we processed the refund with Klarna instantly, which unfortunately takes up to a week to process on their end. We are able to refund instantly if it is used as store credit. We work hard to meet high expectations and it looks like we missed the mark with you on this occasion and for that we are very sorry. Ordered a Segio Tacchini Tracksuit Top which was showing in stock, a week later was told now not in stock and will be refunded, over 2 weeks later still awaiting refund, quick enough to take payment not so fast giving it back. Waste of my time all round.

We completely understand your frustration when an item you want becomes out of stock, this issue is very rare and was down to a glitch in our system. As explained on the phone to you, payments made through Klarna take a little bit longer to refund. This is something we are waiting on Klarna to process and unfortunately our hands are tied with speeding the process up. We completely understand this is very frustrating as a customer having to wait to receive a refund and we are really sorry for this. It is being processed so it should be in your account any day now. Not very pleased at all I still haven’t received my items which should have been delivered Monday .they are a birthday present so if they don’t arrive soon I have nothing to give very disappointing

bought a pair of Ted Baker flip flops as a gift for a friend but the box came ripped it came in another brown box and due to the ted baker box being ripped I had to put it in the big brown box very unsatisfied had to keep it as I had to give it the same day as a gift

I made an order and waited a long time for delivery. I asked for a tracking number, they said it wasn't possible. On the day it was due to arrive I get an email saying the item was "lost". I was told I could get store credit, but could not reorder the item because it was no longer in stock, even thouth the item appeared to be in stock on their website. It still says "in stock" 3 weeks later.

Was sent the wrong pair of earrings so had to wait another 4 days for the correct ones which had plastic backs only and after wearing for only a few hours started to irritate my skin so doubtful very much if they were ever genuine silver So I now have a pair of £35 earrings sat in a box of no use to anyone Rubbish earrings terrible service regret very much stumbling across this website

I would love to review positively but I have no idea where my ordered item is. It was ordered beggining of December and it is almost end of January and still not delivered. I contacted your customer service for the second time and so far no answer for 2 weeks (first email was answered a month ago). I don't need the item anymore since it was meant to be a Xmas gift, so I hope that at least I'll see my money back if not the product. :(:(:(

Ordered 4 pairs of earring that got lost in the post! Didn’t reply to the first 4 emails but the very sarcastic 5 letter got a response. They offered me something else but I didn’t want what they was offering and had a full refund. X

Not very good, recieved a Ralph Lauren jacket with elastic around the wrists and one of the elastics seems like it's been stretched out of shape and wont go back to original style

Avoid!! I sent a bag back they said I scuffed it! I hadn’t even used it! After much persistence and obvious stress (it cost £160) They checked that the marks wiped off and had been sent to me that way (like I told them) they eventually issued a refund and apologised. A good company would have given me a voucher or at least refunded the delivery charge won’t be buying off them again

I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes in UK size 12. The first arrived and were an 11. It cost over £13 to return them and I asked for a replacement pair in the correct size .instead I was given a refund so had to order again the 2nd pair also arrived in an 11. Not very happy!

First time using this company, Ordered 2 Hugo Boss Polo Shirts, paid extra for next day delivery, items never arrived. No second chance, plenty of other online companies I can give my business too.
