We're sorry to hear the material wasn't what you were expecting, we appreciate the material of this item is very lightweight and this can be difficult for us to show clearly in the website image. However, we can see we have put the term 'lightweight' in the product name to try and communicate this. Not good. Ordered a Barbour shirt online that was in stock. Got an email a few days later to say that my refund had been processed. I’m thinking, what refund??? Then got sent another email to say the shirt was out of stock!!

Your advertisements styles are good. First thing, you brand name (trade name) is not easy to remember. If you rename to something common (easy) name would be nice. The items on photos and real items are different. You advertise when you don't have each size, based on this I wouldn't encourage my friend/ family to shop EQVVS online.

We do try and make sure that products used in advertisements have a good size break available but these featured products can sometimes sell out quickly as soon as the advert goes live. We also have our own in-house photography team who take photos of the real items, picked from our stock in our warehouse. The RL half zip top I purchased looked nothing like the photos when it arrived. Not fitted, baggy sleeves and just not a good look. I will be returning.

As a safety precaution, all our returns currently go through a 48 hour quarantine process. Item was packaged as if it was bought off of eBay. No plastic packaging on the item, just put in a plastic parcel bag and handwritten address. Very poor considering they sell designer items. Charge £5 for delivery (even though my item wouldn’t have cost more than £3 to deliver) and then another £3 charge to return the item.

Two stars are for one of the girls in customer services alone. No delivery tracking info, late arrival, very poorly packaged ( item screwed in to a ball in a tiny packet ) every inch deeply creased ! not what you want for a £225 shirt !

First experience has been a disaster to be honest. Paid £7.99 for delivery, it’s been a week, and still hasn’t arrived. Customer service said they’d looked into it and amended delivery, but it still has yet to be delivered. If you order for Next Day Saturday delivery, but just outside the cut-off time on a Friday, it should come the next working day, not the following Saturday... and that’s if it even comes! What a joke.

Our delivery cut off times are stated on our website as 4pm. Unfortunately, since you placed your order at 5pm on Friday wanting delivery for Saturday, the cut-off times were missed which meant that we could not send your order until the following day. If you had selected Next Day Delivery this would have been delivered to you on the Next Working Day (Monday). While I appreciate issues around data protection, my gripe is that although I was instructed that the order was being processed you failed to cancel it or stop delivery at least when I informed you that I had never placed this order and was not the person you were delivering to nor did I know them and it was most possibly a case of theft as my PayPal account had been hacked. My advice ditch PayPal it is not secure and you probably pay them as a business? Don't deliver to another person without checking details more thoroughly. All the following questions are pointless

Our customer service team have been in touch with you and informed you that by the time you had let us know you wanted to cancel the order, the order had already been despatched, we have extensive programming in place to detect fraudulent orders and since this was with PayPal it is their discretion to flag it. We have emailed to advise you to raise this claim with PayPal who will refund the money to you as we unfortunately can not do this on your behalf.
