“We have just had the first service on our Ecodan unit, installed last year by EPC. Very impressed with the visit by Mark and apprentice Luke, work was carried out on the date/time agreed and both were very friendly and explained the whole process. All the way from sales, through installation, admin and service this firm are a thoroughly efficient team.”

“Really great engineers who worked throughout the morning to make sure that my heat pump was running smoothly and efficiently for the coming year. Nothing was too much trouble and they checked everything thoroughly before they left. I have a service contract which I am very pleased with and means I have no large bill at the end either.”

“4.5 stars would have better reflected our assessment of this heat pump service. Mark is a very courteous, friendly and efficient service engineer and we can have no complaints about his work. However, on this occasion he arrived at about 8:30am when we were expecting him between 12 and 4pm (as scheduled) - only an administrative oversight, but in theory we could have been out! The price of the Gold servicing package is quite high and is increasing by more than inflation in 2024-5 but includes remote monitoring of the heat pump system and paying monthly makes it worthwhile for us. Overall pretty satisfied.”

Apologies for the scheduling mix-up—that’s definitely on us, and we completely understand how that could’ve caused inconvenience. We’ll take this as a reminder to double-check comms and tighten things up on the admin side. We appreciate your comments on the Gold service package too. While we’ve had to adjust pricing to reflect rising operating costs (especially with the inclusion of features like remote monitoring), we do aim to keep things fair and valuable—paying monthly definitely helps take the sting out. “Very good service visit conducted with great efficiently, knowledge of heat pump system and operation and with great courtesy.
