“I've gone through the online reviews,and noticed that negative reviews get no reply. My experience with EPC was very impressed with my instalation of solar panels was that they preformed th insatations to a high level of workmanship. But my latest instalation which at a later date incuded 10 kw of battery storeage,has not been very pleasant, since June 25 I've had no storeage due to a faulty Dongle so the system is useless .Between Give energy and ECP they dont appear to be able to rectifie the problem and dont appear to wont to resolve the problem,as they both have had there monies but are forgeting the cusomer relationship . I would sreer clear .”

“I would award 5 stars for the initial survey and installation but only 2/3 stars for resolving problems. There was a problem with completing the installation whilst on-site , but it was resolved next day. There has since been problems with the system not functioning correctly. I.E. home going cold. Made appointment for visit, no show ., contacted EPC and on 3 occasions advised I would receive call back which did not happen. Still waiting for call back and problem to be resolved!”

“Communication is ok but could be more pro-active. For instance I am paying a monthly direct debit for annual service cover. I have advised of a small problem with the cylinder overflow dripping - but several months later I have not been contacted. If it was a more serious problem I would chase.”
