Totally inconspicuous on the wall, really important as I needed it on the front of the house and my wife was adamant that she didn't want what looked like a hosepipe reel by the front door. The process was very easy, I have given it a 4 because it was a bit of a slow start, but once I chased it was really slick. I have been using it for around 4 weeks now and its great, the app is super easy to use the engineer that fitted it was excellent. My advice, don't look anywhere else.

Coordination between EO and its installers disjointed at times leading to short notice intstall cancellation on first occasion. Actual installer (Chris) very good and efficient on the day. Only too pleased to work with me to get a good installation and answer all my set questions. App a bit basic with no provision to input tariff's and estimate cost of each charge

Installation by Gary and Ed of evpv.uk was excellent. Very friendly, helpful and professional. The charging unit/socket looks great and unobtrusive on the front of the house. The only thing that lets it down is the phone application. It’s a little bit basic but does it’s job and hence the 4 stars.

Installer was very professional. He explained about the installation in great detail and we made some last minute changes to the overall positioning of the breaker box, exterior cabling and EV charging point. Very happy with the quality of the installation. Only gripe was that the installer didn’t appear to have his own vacuum in his van.

Pre and post installation service and communication has been excellent, however the technical issues I've experienced with unit connection to home wi-fi has taken the shine off what was a relatively painless process. Your technical team led by Daniel has been very helpful and the replacement unit is now operational.

EO Mini Pro 2 Charger, good piece of kit and great installation completed. App could do with some improvement, hence the 4 stars.

The process is well organised with clear and simple instructions on uploading photos of the installation location and electric fuseboards. Regular texts on progress. The installation team were friendly and efficient, the job was done in 2 hours. Only reason for giving 4 rather than 5 stars was because a couple of times there were gaps of maybe 3 weeks without hearing anything and it left us wondering if we’d made an error submitting something.

I experienced a few problems both pre and post installation which was frustrating, but all were resolved in a very satisfactory manner and will no longer be experienced by any new customers I am told. The company has a keen eye on the customer experience and is keen to retain its base, which is always good to see.

Installation was quick and simple. Only issue was with getting it to connect to the EO system & App. The App still doesn't work so I just use the car's scheduling facility to use the cheapest electricity.

As my charger has just been fitted I cannot yet comment on the quality of the product. However, my dealings with the company have been straightforward, speedy. They have always kept me in the loop about time scales and the fitter Ben, from Octopus Energy, has been first class. He explained exactly what he was going to do, offered choices in terms of where exactly the charger could go and where he could run the wiring, and helped me set up the EO app once the installation was complete. Very happy with the product and service to date.

Charger is great but let down by bugs in the app. Tethered charger needs a cable tidy solution though happily a £6 hose tidy from Amazon does the trick.

Initially arranging for the charger to be fitted - we would have appreciated a list of all the installation photos required so that we were able to take them at one go rather than making several trips to the garage. On one step of the online process we had to speak to an advisor who manually completed the process for us. We are happy that the charger fits neatly in to a space in our garage. The installer was very good at fitting the charger, but knew nothing about how the app works or even how to charge the car! Initially using the app was difficult - it took several attempts for the app to recognise the charger. Now it seems to work well and is easy to set for scheduled charging. However we think it would be better if the app picked up how much charge is required for a charging session as inputting that information from the vehicle is not always accurate.

The charger itself is great. Small, neat and compact and does what it needs to do. The app however leaves a lot to be desired and really let's the whole experience down. Sort the app out and your a 5 star from me!

All good apart form device seem temperamental connecting to my home WiFi. Took a few hours for installer to get it working.

Charger looks great, it's nice and small. Had a few issues with the scheduler on the app. Doesn't always work as it says it should, I think I had to unplug the car and plug in again for it to reset? Hope it works as I'll need it to charge overnight on the octopus go rates ready to drive to work. Fingers crossed.

The Installer was both helpful, efficient and accommodating. The only issue with room for a little improvement was coverage of the finer points of the app. For example, it seems that if off-peak and solar options are selected and the weather becomes dull or dark, the system tops up the power from the mains a prevailing rate. Another issue with the app is that the default starting charge is zero and I have yet to find out how to change this to the actual starting charge level.
