“The company l used ,nwautotechz, are completely useless.l paid for the engine two weeks ago and was told it take between 3 and 5 days for delivery. After several phone calls and assurances that my engine was out for delivery,l have yet to see it.They have basically lied to me every time l have contacted them .l have now been told in my last communication that it won't be delivered for another 2 days which will be over 2 weeks since payment till delivery.A complete cowboy outfit who take money from you then lie to you.l will never use engine trust again”

“Had my vehicle picked up and taken to engines reborn they stripped my engine and told me it was beyond repair That is rubbish I took my engine to a proper engineering shop and they couldn't understand why they didn't want to do Now I'm left with a worthless vehicle and £15000. Pounds out of pocket so beware”

“got 5 quotes but the one i chose was a scam Engines gearboxes ltd. Took my money delayed and delayed until they told me the rebuilt engine had faults. Asked for a refund which they said would take 3-5 days, then emailed to say that they had put a wrong digit in the account and it would take another 3-5 days. One month later no engine and they still have my money. Reported this to Engine Trust but got no reply. If you get a quote from enginesgearboxesltd stay well clear and don't pay anu money over.”

“Sent engine totally different from the one he sent me pictures. Now he's saying he's given low mileage engine. Looking at the engine it looks very old. Very disappointed and dishonest company”

“Really dodgy garages, receved 6 quotes. Checked all garages couldn't find one without a load of complaints on review sites, shame as the idea of the app is great. Unfortunetly there is no dudiligance done by the app provider so seems to be full of cowboys.”

“One quote only that is over-expensive. Greed comes to mind. I will find someone else thank you very much.”

“I got a quick quote for a replacement engine. Emailed and tried to phone the engine provider. However received no response after that, still waiting to hear back, its been a month now”

“1 quote was supplied. 2200 for a 2007 focus engine replacement. Laughable price, obviously limited suppliers”

“thought I was using a trusted site, but I lost all my money for an engine that never arrived and the company dissolved. Absolutely disgusting that a company can get away with it.”

“We don't care if you got lots of quotes and what's the point of commenting. People want to know if you used any of the garages and if the work was carried out to a high standard. Pointless otherwise.”

“Allow users to input email addresses without verifying them meaning that I keep getting emails from them because some idiot with the same name as me doesn't know what their Gmail email address is”

“Nearly every quote I received was from a dodgy broker who sends your vehicle to garages that have no reviews, no internet footprint, and very little evidence of being a genuine company. There is no "trust" in engine trust from me”

“Very poor service. Don't reply to any correspondence following paying the thousands for an engine that runs terrible. Still ongoing latest the cam chain they fitted is wrongly installed. Don't get involved with this company like I sadly did.”

“All the garages are scammers, iv looked up all that sent me quotes and they are dodgy as hell. STAY WELL CLEAR”

“Only received 1 quote from a garage that is miles away from where I live so would be unable to be towed there. Not feesible - looking for assistance fairly local not over 50 miles and over an hour drive time in a functional car”
