“pretty straightforward to do online. Clear pricing after a few facts were asked for. At £37 compared with Churchill's renewal offer of £60 it was a no brainer.”

“I thought the initial phone call was trying to put me off using the service telling me if the breakdown service arrived and I wasn't there I would be charged I was then told if I wanted to go get something to eat or drink or stretch legs to do so I asked what if I was doing this AND the service turned up I was told a phone call would be given 10 min before his arrival I luckily did not leave the vehicle but no phone call was received so just as well I didn't. I was also left to wait as a woman on my own for one and half hours .when I asked the advisor why so long a wait he said it was really busy .when the breakdown man arrived he was on call for 24th hours and he had received the call at 530 this was his first and only call of the day yet he did not arrive till one and a half hours later but he lived 10 min at most away.the breakdown man was lovely and extremely efficient and helpful , I believe as this was my first time of using you I was not impressed by the overall service .”

“Mechanic was very efficient and friendly. The only downside was I mentioned my spare looked a little down on pressure!he didn't check it with a gauge but he said it looked fine. When he left I did check it and found it to be down, a very kind neighbour did pump it up for me. As I had a 60 mile journey home I wanted to make sure it was safe. So overall service was good but just a shame it fell a bit short at the end.”

“The call out took 1 hour and was told up to 90 mins received the ETA within 5 mins via text. Was told they would call when 10 mins away but no call received. Was told my policy did not cover towing to a garage only spare wheel change. I had a spare so no problem but thought it was standard practice to offer to fix an issue or to tow. Apparently not.”

“I was happy to have a recovery vehicle come out to me. I did not appreciate being told I had a similar breakdown. This was a different vehicle that had been sold. Also because my vehicle would not start, that does not make it the same problem. To be acussed of this in order to request a payment from me is appalling. Please be careful when dealing with customers.”

“Took a bit longer to get to me than I'd hoped but once there the chap was friendly and helpful and although it took us a bit of time we sorted it and we had a good laugh while doing it which always helps! Back on the road so ultimate goal achieved. Thanks.”

“Only just taken out a policy with you but so far so good. A decent site and competitive price convinced me to become a customer leaving "rescue my car" who i have been with for a few years. Would appreciate something to place in the vehicles with the breakdown number on, a sticker or key fob would do nicely”

“It`s very early days yet, this policy does not begin until 7th July. However, the wording on website made it very easy to understand the policy. It was also very easy to purchase the policy. If I ever have need to use this service, I hope it lives up to the above and my expectations.”

“I found the process of obtaining the breakdown cover very easy and uncomplicated. I rang the company to ask some questions before I committed and they were very helpful. Hopefully I will not need to use it.”
