Thank-Your for your feedback, we try to work on a 4 ring answer rule however at times of calls spiking there can be the odd time that we exceed this. I am pleased that generally you are having a good experience with us.

“I have only just purchased this breakdown cover and actually hope I never have to make use of the service! However I can say a few things about how easy it is to use the company sign up website. During my initial checking of the product I was offered two discounts to encourage me to purchase, so I did - not wanting to miss a seemingly good bargain! I can recommend the very low price I paid for my cover package. If the time comes and I have to avail myself of the breakdown service I would be willing to make a review of the event”

“Although I have yet to call upon this service as I have only just signed up for breakdown cover, first impressions seem good. Buying the service was straightforward, the price for membership compared favourably to other well known providers. The documents quickly arrived in my inbox. Not only the official membership documents but some useful advice to follow in the unfortunate event of being involved in an accident. It is comfortijng to know that help and advice is just a phonecall away.”

“Just recently purchased breakdown cover...haven't used it yet, thank god. Easy to follow steps on website and easy to purchase.Also seems to be right price in a very costly market......will review if I ever need the service but feel comforted that I have it......cheers”

“The young lady who we spoke to on the telephone was very helpful and understood that we wished to use a professional company and at the best rate possible, she explained the policy covering two vehicles before proceeding to payment. It took a little time to download all documentation but it is worth it in the end as the rate was much more competitive than the other more well known breakdown service companies.”

“I have been impressed with the way my application was conducted. It was efficient and effective. I have not used the service yet and hope not to be used - if possible. But I trust that if and when I need to be helped - it will prompt and equally impressive.”

“I am a little at a loss as to knowing quite what cover I have. Obviously the price is tip top, but given the options of what will happen (should I have a breakdown). Looking at the options listed can I take it that my car will be taken to the nearest garage(used by yourselves) or will I have the chance of a return to my home address or my local garage....I feel this is not clear.”

“Good offer at a reasonable price. Only downside is I am currently unable to find any policy numbers. If I do breakdown can I just quote my registration? Not enough information on emails.”

“Got a quote for 2 vehicles then got an email with more discount so redid quote and saved it. Failed to retrieve either quote to compare so used a comparison website but it wouldn't do 2 vehicles so got a quote for each individual car. Together the quotes were much less than the combined one so bought 2 policies! What's that about?”
