“I was very happy with the service and my trainers when I first ordered them. Not so happy though when my sister wanted a pair and wanted another pair for myself, sister got hers, my size however was out of stock. I was quite disappointed by this, and felt I should have been offered to be e-mailed or texted to let me know when they were to be available again. I did feel a bit upset that I was just told "we don't have your size" and that was that. Not sure I would come back to buy again.”

Although we try our best to fulfil all of our orders, unfortunately the occasional mistake can be made with stock levels. I have had a chance to look through the correspondence that you had with my colleague and I can see Jacqui offered her apologies and an immediate refund. As these particular shoes were in the sale, unfortunately they won't be coming back into stock. “I was at first, sent mismatched shoes ans was told they were the last pair - however, with further contact, this was deemed not the case and my opinion of the customer service did a 180 degree turn for the better. I since received great service and have some lovely shoes :)”

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm disappointed to hear that the service that you received wasn't up to the high standard that is usually achieved. I've just come back from my honeymoon, so I'll look through the communication that you've had with one of my colleagues, so that I can get a clearer picture. It's normal procedure for any faulty shoes to be inspected and if they're found to be faulty any postage costs would be re-imbursed. I haven't had the opportunity to inspect these shoes yet, but I will make it my priority. Also, we do have another pair of size 4 available, if you are still interested in this style? “I ordered a pair of sketchers online. The price was the lowest for this particular pair that I could find anywhere online. They came within around a weeks time and when they arrived the shoes were in very good quality in their original box. Overall very happy with the service and with my purchase.”

“Took longer to come that I thought they would. Ordered at 12.19pm on the 25th April and didn't receive them until the 29th but came and well packaged and just as described on the website and the little hand written post card was a nice touch and the shoes are lovely!”
