“My order was delivered promptly and it was beautifully packaged. I was impressed with the quality of the trainers but sadly, they were too big even though I had ordered my normal size. EYS responded promptly to my resulting email query and suggested a helpful solution. I was very satisfied with their service.”

“Perhaps I was a little spoilt when I ordered the first time from yourselves as in the box was a card and a sweet, so I must admit I was a little disappointed when on opening the box there was neither, but the important aspect is that the boots are comfortable and the colour is perfect and from ordering to delivery it was very prompt.”

“Bought a pair of beautiful Softino ankle boots, and surprisingly received into the bargain both them and a pair of trainers I hadn't ordered! These things happen...very helpful staff when I rang the store number, who then emailed me a label to return the trainers when convenient, and thanked me when they safely arrived. Lovely quality footwear and I hope to buy from this company again.”

“Due to having to pay for returns I am reluctant to place further orders or larger quantities for choice. It’s very difficult with shoe sizes to judge the fit without trying several pairs. Also I found your prices on some brands were slightly more expensive than other online outlets. I did however like the brands and range of styles you offered, thank you”

“I bought a beautiful pair of sandals online but unfortunately they were too small across the foot. I returned them by Royal Mail and not their own service which I found cumbersome.
