“I ordered two pairs online, only one pair arrived. I contacted the store by email, twice, and phone. Eys said did not receive emails?! However, once their mistake had been identified they dispatched the missing pair the same day. Everyone makes mistakes. It was good to deal with a company that ‘put their hand up’, and swiftly rectified the problem.”

These things happen...very helpful staff when I rang the store number, who then emailed me a label to return the trainers when convenient, and thanked me when they safely arrived.
