“Due to having to pay for returns I am reluctant to place further orders or larger quantities for choice. It’s very difficult with shoe sizes to judge the fit without trying several pairs. Also I found your prices on some brands were slightly more expensive than other online outlets. I did however like the brands and range of styles you offered, thank you”

“I bought a beautiful pair of sandals online but unfortunately they were too small across the foot. I returned them by Royal Mail and not their own service which I found cumbersome. However the customer service was excellent and kept me informed, refunding me promptly including the postage cost. I would buy from Elevate Your Sole again.”

“Really like this shop a good selection of shoes and helpful staff. I have bought a few things from here. Recently bought a pair of Reiker loafers online in the sales. Noticed £15 cheaper direct from Reiker mentioned this when collecting but was told they couldn’t match this. I don’t mind paying a bit more to support local shops but not this much wish I had asked for a refund.”

“I recently bought a pair of Reiker butterscotch learher/textile leisure shoes size 42/8 on line from Elevate your Sole.Very comfortable and true to size. The only gripe I have is that whenever I have bought shoes online from EyS I do not receive loyalty points for my online purchases, which is disappointing. Although I do prefer to shop in person at your three lovely shops, I cannot always get there, so online ordering is a handy option on those occasions.This is why I have only given you 4 stars!
