“The slipper looks nice and feels warm. However it is too big for my feet and even with another insole in, it didn`t feel secure for me to useand I slopped about. Unfortunately as I`ve thrown the packaging away, I`ll have to find another way of passing them on.”

“I ordered two pairs of the same shoe to compare sizes and I kept one. A good price and I love the shoes I bought. Loved the cute little surprise in the shoe box - yummy! The only downside is having to pay return postage.”

“I was very happy with the service and my trainers when I first ordered them. Not so happy though when my sister wanted a pair and wanted another pair for myself, sister got hers, my size however was out of stock. I was quite disappointed by this, and felt I should have been offered to be e-mailed or texted to let me know when they were to be available again. I did feel a bit upset that I was just told "we don't have your size" and that was that. Not sure I would come back to buy again.”

Although we try our best to fulfil all of our orders, unfortunately the occasional mistake can be made with stock levels. “I was at first, sent mismatched shoes ans was told they were the last pair - however, with further contact, this was deemed not the case and my opinion of the customer service did a 180 degree turn for the better. I since received great service and have some lovely shoes :)”

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm disappointed to hear that the service that you received wasn't up to the high standard that is usually achieved. I've just come back from my honeymoon, so I'll look through the communication that you've had with one of my colleagues, so that I can get a clearer picture. It's normal procedure for any faulty shoes to be inspected and if they're found to be faulty any postage costs would be re-imbursed. I haven't had the opportunity to inspect these shoes yet, but I will make it my priority. Also, we do have another pair of size 4 available, if you are still interested in this style?
