I was very happy with the service and my trainers when I first ordered them. Not so happy though when my sister wanted a pair and wanted another pair for myself, sister got hers, my size however was out of stock. I was quite disappointed by this, and felt I should have been offered to be e-mailed or texted to let me know when they were to be available again. I did feel a bit upset that I was just told "we don't have your size" and that was that. Not sure I would come back to buy again.
