“There is a wonderful selection of styles and colours as is the quality and brands. Dispatch is always very quick and refunds are speedily made. The only thing I find is that in having wider feet the styles in a wider fit are limited but other than that I am glad to have found this site and have managed to find several pairs of boots from Reiker that fit well and haven't been available elsewhere.”

“Shoes arrived quickly and as advertised. When they didn't quite fit it was easy to return and the charming staff made it clear I could buy return postage from them for £3.95. It would be nice to have free returns given its tricky buying shoes online but I can see that might be expensive for a relatively small company.”

“Fast service. Great communication. Gorgeous product. The only minus was the plastic wrapping the box. I’d have preferred something paper based. The box was slightly damaged anyway and I wouldn’t have minded if there was more damage due to a paper based wrapping rather than plastic.”

“I recently purchased a beautiful pair of leather Chelsea boots. When they arrived I was very pleased with the style and quality. Delivery was a little slow but given the current Royal Mail strikes it was to be expected. Would use this retailer again for future purchases.”

“My slippers arrived. They were on the doorstep which is fine so long as the world is full of honest people. The slippers are super lovely so cozy. Can't go wrong for the price. They are very big so they may not be the best for being busy around the house but for a chilled out vibe these are the ones”
