Service excellent however it neglected to say on checkout page that customers would be responsible for customs charge when shipping to Ireland. For this reason I would be reluctant to shop here again.

Bought slippers that were advertised as standard fit, but they were actually a wide fit. Returned for a rerfund which has just arrived in my bank account. Buying the slippers cost me £6 in postage charges so not a good buy.

Ordered sketchers walking boots twice, first time too big so wanted a replacement. Printed returns label easily and there was a returns card within the box. For the replacement I did not get any e mail advising on its way and there was no returns card within the box (replacement pair too big) so rang the shop to be advised that that lady did not deal with returns it was to do with the warehouse ! Wasnt very helpful at all. She told me I had to e mail about the returns - I knew this but only from having to do so the first time around. The packaging was put on so tight it couldnt use it to send the boots back, had to get packaging myself. I look forward to receiving my refund shortly.

delivery was perfect however i had to pay 19.40 euro customs charge (vat) which was not pointed out at time of purchase

Hello, I've resent the order confirmation to the email address that you provided (you will have received the original at the time of order). You'll be able to see that the order is for a 12 UK - EU 46. This was the only size in that style that we had available at the time and it wouldn't have been possible to order an 8 UK - EU 42 or any other size. Have paid for a return label via the elevate website . Have been waiting many hours and cannot get in touch via the shop telephone number to receive the printable returns label via email

Hello, Unfortunately, as you've placed your order for a returns label on a Saturday there's nobody in the office to create your unique returns label and therefore this been issued today (being the next working day). This is all explained in the description of the return label that you've purchased on the website as below: "A 'Tracked 48 hour' Return label to send your order back to us. Please note that these are unique labels that need to be created individually, so will take time to prepare. Please allow 1 working day for this." We offer this subsidised returns service to all of our customers, but there's no obligation to use it. You're welcome to use a courier of your choosing, but I do recommend getting the appropriate level of insurance. Many thanks, Hal
I have the marmalade colour of these sandals and they are perfect. So, when these arrived I unpacked them and threw away the packaging and paperwork. However, they are slightly differently styled and the fit is drastically different and really hurt my little toes. Is there any way I can return them, please. unfortunately the shoes i ordered did not fit i really liked the love of them its just a shame they don't have a wider fitting pair or half sizes. so I'm having to send them back.

Something went wrong when ordering and I received the wrong size. Wasn't that enamoured with product so asked for label to return and refund. All very amicably achieved.

I have scored my review 3 stars although, in truth, it should be 5 stars for the Llandudno store and one for the Rhos on Sea store. Customer service, friendliness and a helping attitude in abundance in Llandudno store but, oh dear, what a difference in the Rhos on Sea outlet - a couldn't care less attitude, not a smile to be seen and I felt totally deflated when I left. What a difference in these two stores, don't bother with Rhos on Sea, go straight to the Llandudno shop where you'll get a warm welcome and understanding assistants, eager to please.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. The vast majority of our deliveries are made using Royal Mail's 'signed for' service. Unfortunately, as your order came through on Good Friday we were unable to send them until the following Tuesday. The local Post Office was closed for the bank holiday weekend. Would have liked more description on the web i.e boots have zip fitting and also a description of the lining as it was not in a warm materiel which I would have expected for a boot. Another time would try to get them from a shop.
