“Perhaps I was a little spoilt when I ordered the first time from yourselves as in the box was a card and a sweet, so I must admit I was a little disappointed when on opening the box there was neither, but the important aspect is that the boots are comfortable and the colour is perfect and from ordering to delivery it was very prompt.”

“I have had a similar problem with returning shoes as the reviewer 7 Oct 2025. It was such a frustrating process and after umpteen emails the necessary link was sent. However, I decided to pay my own postage for the return to avoid any further bother. I shop frequently online and have never had a problem with returning goods - until with this company.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m really sorry this has felt like such a hassle — it’s not the experience we want anyone to have. Just to clear things up, your situation isn’t connected to the review from 7th October. In that case, a colleague made an error during the refund process because they believed the customer had used our returns label. A deduction was applied when it shouldn’t have been, and it was quickly corrected. Your situation is entirely unrelated, as the difficulty has been around accessing our website and not receiving order-related emails — both from us and from Royal Mail. Because of this, you haven’t been able to generate the returns label. Royal Mail normally send the returns label with the required QR code straight away — it works the same way as Amazon, eBay and most modern returns systems — but for some reason neither their messages nor ours have been reaching you. I’ve stepped in each time to send everything manually, and as mentioned in our emails, we’re very flexible with returns. You’re always welcome to use whatever method is most convenient for you. As soon as your return arrives with us, I’ll process your refund straightaway. Thanks again for your patience — and if you’re ever passing Llandudno, you’re always welcome to pop in and we’ll help in person.

“Sturdy waterproof ankle boots. Exactly as described online. It said wide fit so I went for 7.5 but wished I could have had an 8. Leather is lovely so I know they will soften. Overall I'd buy from their website again. I found out about Remonte boots from a sales lady in the Lake District who had a beautiful pair on otherwise I'd never have known about them.”

“Whilst trying to find a specific pair of walking shoes on the internet since my normal supplier had none in my size I came across Elevate Your Sole who had the exact pair in stock. I hadn't previously heard of Elevate Your Sole so o was a little sceptical but a quick google search suggested to me that Elevate Your Sole was a sound business so I took the plunge and ordered them on a Sunday evening. I have to say that service was first rate with an order confirmation arriving the following morning (Monday) along with confirmed shipping the same afternoon and delivery being made on the Tuesday morning. Truely first rate service with Elevate Your Sole now being added to my portfolio of preferred on line suppliers.”
