Hello, Thank you for your feedback — I’m glad you loved the look of the shoes, even if the fit wasn’t quite right this time. In terms of quality, they’re actually a step up from Hey Dude, especially since the brand was taken over by Crocs — we’ve found the newer ones just aren’t quite what they used to be! If you liked the style and comfort though, I’d definitely recommend taking a look at Kickback — they’re very similar in fit and feel to the original Hey Dude range. FYI, if you’d have chosen the standard delivery option rather than expedited shipping, that cost would have been refunded when the shoes were returned. “I must start by saying I have no complaint about the business “Elevate Your Sole”. But I do think people should be aware of what happens if you order shoes / boots from abroad. The boots I ordered came to 72€, and everything was fine until they were stopped by customs in Spain. After completing the necessary paperwork I had to pay an additional 50€ in customs and excise. I still haven’t received the boots yet.”
